FYI Tuesday nights are out for me because my son's scout troop meets on Tuesday nights almost every week.I'll just gather as much feedback as possible over this week and make a decision on when/where to meet this weekend. 

There is a low deployment yield and you will have more info about when the troops show up and leave.

Fort Gordon is a training location, so most of the troops there live in the barracks and are only there temporarily.

@Micheal Nato- The terms and lengths of the terms depends on the price, you do not want a 30 year term for a $5,000 sale.

In regard to active duty military personnel, yes downsizing is going on, but we are going from 490k troops to 450k - a total of 40,000 over 2016-2017.

Or even large troop deployments can really have a massive impact on a local economy (including the rental real estate).
