I'm currently investing in the OC market, with a mixture of rentals and flips and I totally hear what you're saying about returns.

You can even get problems with bad gas/air mixtures and get CO3.

My opinion.I'm reminded of the old story about the guy who has a garden in his back-yard with a patch of sweet-corn.

Adding to my last post, I guess in terms of what big companies like I stated above, (JLL, CBRE, Newmark, etc), do they use a mixture of these applications of software apart from going back to past experience and deals?

It is not in a mobile home park there is actually a mixture of SFR on the same street.

I personally like having a mixture.

@justin harrell Bleach and water mixture in a spray bottle if area is small or use a pump sprayer from your local big box store.
