Hi,I have a turnover for a property in Memphis TN, and there's a bit of extra work that needs to be done in addition to standard wear and tear, some bedroom doors need to be replaced, blinds, patching, painting, some floor tiles etc....I got an estimate, and I know everything is costing more these days but it feels a bit aggressive.

Turns out the kids were major gamers And waned black out blinds to play the computer games!

While I agree that many of the educational programs are overpriced and there are gurus to stay away from, I do not recommend jumping into note investing blindly just because the barrier to entry is low.

I understand if funds are not available it is easy get blinded by what saves the most, but if multiple people are telling you that it is a bad idea mostly likely is because they have learned that most of the times or never, saving in the short-term doesn't payoff.
