I feel like home buyers have a sense of entitlement and would want a venue to have their opinions heard.

@DeKarla Kyle I am working with some newbies I met on BP and other REI venues.  

It features outdoor musical venues many weekends, especially holidays.

Though I must let you ahead of time, there is a $20 admission fee which helps pay for the venue...

There are many different venues, and you really must determine from the outset exactly which way you want to go, then concentrate on learning/making connections/running your numbers for that one specific strategy. 

The land is worth over $8M and I have signed agreements from national and regional restaurants, retailers, and sport venues to be tenants with strong financials. 

Rachel, I got a much bigger venue, so it will be easier to handle overflow.

Some of the BP investors get together on occasion as various venues for meet-and-greets that give you an opportunity to network with other BP members in the Portland area. 

You may have to wait for that magnificent pay day.  

@Joe Fairless I had a partner on that deal who took care of the list, I took care of the logistics of creating the radio scripts and arranging the venues for the presentations as well as the AV team.
