Not sure if this is the right category, but I am looking for real estate lawyer and CPA recommendations for southwest WI, including Madison.

No sweat .. even from OR and they were in Madison MS.for the lower end rentals  Never.. could or would try that on my own.. especially if hud was involved to much work other ways to make money for me thats less brain drain and drama

Maybe Clarksville, Murfreesboro, Lebanon, Antioch, or Madison areas? 

So I have been doing some serious debating for a while now on whether to sell one of my very good cash flowing 4 bedroom 4 bathroom single family rentals in the hot, in my opinion overpriced, Madison, Wi area for a large profit and reinvest the profit into a larger property or to hold onto it and keep the cash flow coming in.

@Philip Madison your question was if you could pay off a private money lender and own the property yourself.

If you are in the real estate business you should approach a CPA whose clients are mostly in real estate and also own real estate themselves.Monroe, WI appears to be close to Madison, WI.
