Hey @Travis Knight,Welcome to the community.This is an excellent place to increase your learning.If you haven't already I would suggest that you set up keyword alerts for multi-families,your city and the cities that you are planning to invest that way when someone post about them you will be alerted.I would also check out the podcast there are a number of them that deal with multi-families.Good luck with your investing.
