Hi All, I am a new member from the Bay area, Ca looking to invest and operate an Short term rental (STR)I am listening to the Avery Carl's audiobook. 

In the bay area; Pine cone lumber, economy lumber, lumber liquidators, herning underground, conliff plumbing,bedrosians marble, consolidated electrical, edges electrical, o'hare plumbing,ewing irrigation, aaron overhead door, mintons door, stucco supply co, whitecap, aydins window, savin windows and those are just a few I can think off.

Buying in an HOA especially at that price point that will prove to be a good performing asset will be very difficult.I curate a weekly list of the best performing STR properties in the Tampa Bay area - DM me if you would like me to add you to the list.
