Hi, I will be starting my first job next September in Atlanta Georgia and am looking for some advice.

I have 3 highly successful STVR homes (Austin TX, Tybee Island GA, Lake Lure NC) and have built my own homes a few times including most recently GC'd my residence in Rome GA. 

While most banks don't offer this, I can arrange investment property HELOCs in PA, NY, OH, FL, and GA.

My siding came from Georgia Pacific.My roofing was via GAF and Owens Corning, serviced by certain lumber yards and for big orders I could order line-time AT the production plant. 

I’m curious if there are any STR investors in Blue Ridge, GA willing to share their experience(s)?
