Hi,I live in Fort Lauderdale.

WPB, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, etc? 

Almost every big city in the US is blue with very few exceptions, even in the reddest states like Texas (Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio are all in blue counties with Fort Worth being the exception as a big city that consistently votes red).

With many people's help I recently made my first buy-and-hold purchase of a duplex in Fort Wayne, as an OOS investor! 

I'm really bullish on Clarksville.It's the 5th biggest city in TN, is continuing to grow, has a decent sized university, and has a steady supply of renters due to to it's proximity to fort Campbell. 

Fort Lauderdale is a great market if you can get a lot and build on.

In Dallas Metroplex I am constantly finding good deals in Fort Worth.I wouldn't recommended to add extra cash every month to pay for the mortgage.

I go to school in Orlando and my mother lives in Fort Lauderdale, which i think are really good areas to invest I THINK.

@Sam McCormack Nothern KY is likely where will be looking: Covington, Fort Thomas, Newport areas.

The Fort Collins CO market where I manage properties and investment is very seasonal for rental demand.
