I have heard people on these forums talk about using the Nest thermostat to set a maximum low + high temperature, to keep guests from blasting the a/c or accidentally bumping the heat up to 98.

Fraud theft conversion not withstanding.. my main point Is the NPN space is a high risk niche.. you would not get those kind of returns if it was not.. so one would expect some bumps in the road.. but if this guy flat stole your money.. then OK  I get that one.. its happened to me over the years.

I know that Burlington is a great area and it may have appreciated 25% in that time span, but that factors in the HUGE bumps that the covid market gave every area.

:)now, here's something... when we bought our house 13 yrs ago i knew nothing about remodeling. so when taking the wall paper off on one wall, 4 layers of wallpaper came off and some of the plaster. had no idea how to patch it, so we bought a bhear texture paint in a can that you apply with a special roller. and then we painted on top, so the bumps are smooth.so now, we have one accent wall in the house that's texture and everyone that walks in thinks it looks like art because we added some shapes that do not have the texture. even plasterers have commented on stealing that technique.. :)
