The one thing that JWB does well in terms of management is trying to manage my expectations through scripted interaction and condescending comments like "maybe real estate is not a good fit for you”.

I only hope my own posts recounting what my hyperlocal experiences have been like here in Pittsburgh, the self-styled "Paris of Appalachia," do not in any way encourage people to follow the OP's lead.

Before I owned it, I visited the house and the "Elder" condoned and encouraged the 7 other family members deviant behavior.

If we have our own assignable contract, how does that interact with an agent using their standard contract?

Assigning contracts as a legal instrument when necessary is still fine, but not as a business practice.Gonna be interesting to see how it affects the investing community here, but I've been encouraging people to just take the title for the last couple of years knowing this ban was coming.
