Unfortunately, Minoan (at least when we used them for this property) doesn't always have the most accurate delivery info from the vendors.

I'll note that some bank's billpay systems deduct the payment when they mail a check or on the expected date of payment delivery.

Seems to be an equitable structure and they delivery a nice product. 

Since the delivery is the same for 1 or 2, always buy 2. 

But that development pipeline is temporary for the next 6-12 months, generally, then we will see almost no new deliveries for years to come, as any new deal over the last 18 months has likely been pulled.If rents are falling because populations are actually declining in the market, then that is another issue. 

For example, in FY2023 homebuilder Lennar increased its deliveries YoY by 10%, to 73,087 homes, and expects to do so again in 2024.

Within 72 hours of delivery, the property manager informed me that the HOA would be happy to cover the repairs.

No rush printing, no first class mail (for postcards), no overnight delivery - all that can easily add 20% to the cost of your campaigns.

This is the technical aspect of marketing before you even get to the parts we normally think of as marketing: copy, style, delivery, etc. 

I find some parts of the process (Organizing purchases/deliveries, Payment, and managing important details) quite inefficient and painful at times.
