In C4D we have significant volumes of case-law clarifying and substantiating things. 

Almost daily I get a phone call of: "Hey, I am calling on your property listed for rent (that they are obviously reading because that's how they got my #), I was wondering, is it available?". 

I would rather make less on a single transaction and more in volume, than make more on a single transaction and less in volume.

They did not make me aware of the daily compounding interest this would cost me.

The inspector typically ignores things due to the volume of business from the turnkey provider.3 - Prior to purchasing and/or placing a property under contract, look at it in person.

Lack of volume has created an inefficient market, so some paradigms have shifted.

I would only sign something like that for specific properties unless you know you're getting good volume from a single agent.

And all these things are, factually, a result of climate change.....Why isn't anyone sending me $4 billion to launch daily carbon capture filters into the air to remove it all back down to net 0 in a few years??????
