But if the Agent/Broker had no knowledge, at least in my state (IL) you would have to take this up with Title Co.It is an Omission (negligence) if a Real Estate agent just said there was no bill but failed to require an actual read of the meter.

So far it seems The Fed will leave their Anglo-Saxon friends alone.While for Asia, countries that are positive in Balance Trade surplus (good positive export), actually make more money now due to the booming of commodity market and their weak currency.The bond market is very funny, never before has the yield between developing countries lower than in the developed country.
