I have taken at least 100 people out to coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner to let them know what I do.

I know there is a way to get a pre-foreclosure list, but I'm always interested to know where the people that are selling.

If you feel bad and want to save people money, start with a free pre-screening.

We have several different people lined up to clean ours depending on time of day and how much lead time we have.
