The E signature did not completely match the name.

Interest rates and points are not the only criteria upon which to base a decision; length of loan, amortization and if you can get it “loan assumability” especially with no qualifying and no rate escalation could e much more important.

You might have more luck attempting to call or meet them in person as opposed to sending out a generic mass e-mail.

Because those methods are fundamentally flawed.

I don’t think a three year historical lookback is sufficient.Unless the market fundamentally changed, I would just sit tight.

(unless the property you’re buying is 5+ units then e financing may not cost more.)
