In my experience which was a while ago, it was a list filled with pits of despair.

As I approach my move out strategy where I will be converting my upper unit into a STR, I often think of guest interaction amongst the two units.

My bank said no problems on their end, and I was never able to reconnect my bank for downloading transactions.

In the NE states, AKA tenant friendly states, I would always have a PM to help protect my interests.
