This is my first project so i am a bit nervous dealing with a contractor and not being able to stay on top of him/her to make sure i dont have my money stolen and the job is getting done.

I was afraid the bulbs would get stolen when folks moved out, but apparently it's not really an issue since so many folks use them. 

You might end up spending time managing this and the drama ("my stuff was stolen from my storage").Now, if your plan is to rent the entire basement as one big storage area to just a single party, and there is an outside entrance so that party does not have to be living there - then maybe that could work.

(they know how to merchandise and story tell to consumers in awesome ways).     ...so brick and mortar ain’t dead, just evolving.  

How can being forced out of a house that is being strategically stolen be considered discrimination?

I have a really nice newer home in a town called Patterson, it's a small town of 20,000 yet every week there are 5-10 stolen cars and many break ins, they like to just kick your front door in grab what they can and be gone in minutes.

Someone had broken in and stolen all the copper plumbing. 

I have even purchased old glass doorknobs after they've been stolen from houses etc.

You can choose to notify her of the packages, deliver the packages back to a shipping facility, or leave them sitting on the ground and she can pick them up or they'll be stolen.
