Skiptracing is a valuable tool for real estate investors, especially when you're trying to locate property owners from returned mail or to expand your marketing efforts.

While my research is extremely limited (and entirely based on what I see - which is arguably an investors best tool), I did want to ask what others here have noticed in their major cities. 

Once you do find a good PM, they can often help you search for an investment.

I'm getting some mixed results when I expand the number of tools for analysis that I'm using...

What I mean by that is they lure you in with the free trial,  however, the free trial doesn’t give you near enough time to set up a website squeeze page your profile couple of direct mail mailers and any other marketing tool there is on the Automator.  

I'd also recommend checking out the Market Finder tool (biggerpockets.com/markets) for a quick way to compare markets and narrow your search to a few top-performing areas. 

Hey Scott,I took the TT intro course, bought the training, and attended one of their three-day workshops.Prior to enrolling, I searched for lien/deed training courses and TT has an excellent SEO manager, so I ended up going that route.

I would spend the time educating yourself on what a good PM looks like, then searching diligently until one is located.You can't ask all the questions I list.
