I'm primarily looking to work side by side with a reputable attorney who could assist me with double closings, and one that could analyze my contracts to ensure that they are legalized to be used in the Huntsville Al area..

However, it's critical to be aware that the appraisal will either make it a non-event or be the pre-show to a 3 ring circus event that includes rebuild letters from the City, variance/grandfathering, etc...Mobile homes are considered personal property and as such are not eligible for a residential mortgage.When a mobile home becomes a manufactured home, and that manufactured home has it's title from the DMV fully surrendered and fully converted into real property then at that point if: It is the ONLY unit on its own lot; and its permanently attached to a permanent foundation; and It meets all the normal manufactured home eligibility requirements Then - at that point, a manufactured home could be financed via one of the following correspondent options.

I've called the manufacturer and they said they have not heard of it.

Very few reputable RV parks allow owners of sites to rent them out to non family.

There is a huge demand for lower-priced housing with the growing university and manufacturing boom happening out off of USA Parkway (for those familiar with the area).

I'm certain that the reputation I developed by honest dealings and timely payments with the bank(my primary lender) led to the consummation of that 10 unit deal(which I subsequently refinanced with the same bank about 2 years ago.)Good luck!

While both could becalled "manufactured housing", lenders don`t view them the same way. and has a brick 1/2 front facade and a two room addition.

Common sense still applies, even though it isn't a college course.Thank you for pointing that out with regard to manufacturing.
