My experience in the MS TN market is that MLS listings rarely sell for list price under less they were very aggressively priced to begin with.

I primarily do glamping in Texas and have quite a bit of experience in the space.

I am not sure there is an easy way to identify attorneys who have experience with note transactions without simply asking them.

I have an example from my own experience, radio channel is a great avenue for deals (maybe in your market, I would look into it), and in many markets, it crushes.
