There are numerous insurance companies that offer these types of policies.

It is a job that allows me to have maneuverability; however, I am extremely busy with numerous clients throughout the day. 

FSBOs are usually willing to pay 3% to the buy-side, so when I show them that by paying me another 3% they can actually sell for 5% more and net 2% more in the sale, and I can show them the dozens of things I do to make that happen, and they get it, it’s rewarding.

Is that terrible to take such a loss up front knowing the rewards that lay ahead?

When we flipped the switch and decided to grow, we changed from the mentality of "stay small and keep it all" to "risk it all and reap the reward".  

Rather, you need to convince her you understand the risks and possible rewards and that those balance out in your favor. 

It's not a hobby for me its a marketing tool and also rewarding by helping others and getting help as well.

I've had numerous repairs done on my properties, and I'll be adding some appliances which should be able to be claimed on taxes this year.
