That will at least get communication started between you and the seller.  

The two of you need to communicate more it seems.Walk through the entire process with each other, then you will probably have a better idea of what works.

I currently use SimplifyEm for numbers management, EXCEL to track my monthly rents, digital files for each tenant, paper files for each property and door, Outlook for communications managment......you get what I mean!

The seller had tried to work with the neighbor to get a boundary adjustment and they were originally going to sign-off, but then went dark and stopped communicating.

Communicate and stay on top of things while also not breathing down their necks. :-)

Also, the lot next door is vacant and I have opened communication with the owner about me purchasing that lot as well.
