Yes because as buyers become more concerned about the unknown of COVID 19, they are pulling out of contracts, and there is more inventory on the market (we have had quite a few clients pull out of contracts out of fear this month). 

My other fear is leaving our realtor feeling abused.

I’m starting to see some fear and anxiety in my market, but it’s WAY to early to say it’s 2008, or even close.

Now, the rates are high due to all the fears of defaults in the coming months in the market and all the major players tightening up their lending guidelines and pulling out of certain loans all together. 

I wanted to share a couple of stories as encouragement in these fearful times.
