Part of what appeals to me about real estate investing is that it is 'real work' , you can get results if you play all the variables in correctly.

As comps can be very misleading if done incorrectly.

There is no upward or downward movement there and I also don't believe classifying an area by racial make up is politically incorrect either.

Option contracts can cause issues if used incorrectly.

Also, the broker would have been circumvented.So, if you have any legal documentation to show I am incorrect, please provide it to me as I would love to be able to receive and pay fees outside of closing to licnesed agents and receive from licensed agents.
