Many pop their head up once a decade or so, investors confuse motion for progress and over pay, only to get crushed when the market reverts to its long term mean in the next downturn. .... like a giant game of "whack-a-mole", always going for the next best, hot market, only to come up with a big swing-and-a-miss. 

The Angel Investor I refer to could be you neighbor or friend with money, not the big shot who insist on the giant return.

Up until recently the American dream was to have that nice big 2 story home of your own the white picket fence the 2 car garage and kids running through the sprinklers watering that giant manicured front yard .. that is all gone now with millennials!

They ended up moving to a few miles away, to a worse area (from B+ to B-), into a giant corporate complex, into a very sterile looking unit, and at more money than I was asking.
