Ask your property manager to prepare a staffing plan which would show how they would staff the property and what the salaries would be. 

I've managed and had SECT 8 vouchers for several years.

I think thats either a bad area, bad property, or a bad property manager.

Buy a single-family home, and someone tries to sell you on property management or insurance.

That means if you could get $6,250/mo, have zero repairs, zero maintenance, zero capex, zero vacancy, provide zero lawn/snow/landscaping, pay zero utilities, and pay zero management.

I am an Intel IT Manager and life can be a bit busy sometimes. :)  I hope to retire in a year and 2 months. 

If you want to be an investor, sell the SFR and focus on MFR.I'm a local broker and investor here, and I manage over 100 investment properties (primarily creative and furnished rentals, Airbnb, etc). 

@Rajagopalarao PaidiRecognize time is also money if you are financing it and I have found without an agent will take longer to sell.Also are you local where you could manage all the showings, advertising etc?
