More of an turnkey SMB solution for a property co-owned by half a dozen folks than a enterprise-type solution.

Half said just replace it, half said there wasn’t a problem (the furnace was completely disassembled and the interior portions were scoped with a camera).

I’d do the same deal but own 2/3rds if my partner can’t afford to come up with half.

I’m investigating in a 6 units building in BK, it’s half vacant recently and the rest empty.

The problem is, I haven't done the best job of keeping track of my day to day receipts for 2021 and the first half of 2022, but I do have receipts of major business related purchases. 

The case will take them about one and a half years and they will get tired of it.

If it is the latter then the easiest way around this is obtaining a 12 month lease on property #1.

In Fall 2022 I bought a 3/2 (half of a duplex) in a neighborhood that’s in the early stages of up and coming, my thought was to get a rental to break even or lightly cash flow and appreciate over time as the neighborhood improved.

Best and easiest are terms that don't always work together.
