@Bryce Kennebeck In Florida the Homestead exemption is only offered individuals and not LLC's.

There are plenty of wholesalers and agents out there as well, search the for individuals who are actually investors and have first hand experience in what they are selling.

(If you do, the terms of financing may be costlier than financing as an individual)  With an LLC you will have annual filing fees (usually minimal) and perhaps any costs associated with having a registered agent if you move.So, ask yourself what is your goal in putting them in an LLC? 

Once you start to develop a system and have a general understanding of associated rehab items, you can then hire individual subcontractors to save on costs. 

The issue isn't whether there is opportunity its whether that individual investor is well suited and prepared to take advantage of that opportunity.
