Hello All,Can somebody please recommend some companies that report tenant’s rental payments to the credit bureaus.

Tell them you have a great title company they can use that will help them close deals. 

There are also companies that can do this for you that would be better suited than an attorney. $200 per unit doesn't sound all that bad though.

Be sure to get an engineering-based cost segregation study done by a reputable company if you paid at least $250K for the property including land.

They come in waves from this “company,” often multiple times per day, often from sequential numbers, a wave lasting for weeks at a time.

The most common pitfalls include underestimating the workload, difficulty finding reliable tenants, and managing legal requirements.Additionally, DIY property managers may not have access to the same resources and networks as professional property management companies.

It was odd for them as I has long term jobs os a seafere working for overseas companies (I'm not a US citizen) they didn't know how to deal with it, it took too long and then I could find a property that worked. 

Additionally, title companies and may have an internal real estate attorney to help with the contracts and sale. 

The key would be to hire a reputable property management company.
