Especially when it comes to knowing what to look for and not to look for when buying.

Don't buy anymore land courses and just take MASSIVE ACTION.

For example, if the property you are buying is a development property, like a small house with a large lot in a developing area, then a small negative cash flow could be okay if you can carry it.

Switzerland does impose some restrictions on foreign and non-residents buying property but you can still buy and several members of my family actually own property there.

If you are considering this approach, I suggest you buy an A-class property in a landlord friendly city and get a PM.
