I bet this manager is ripping tenants off without owners knowledge.

I've tried 6 different rental collection platforms and this one is by far the best. 

Those that save and invest for a cushion like some on here are the solid bets in my book.

Your best bet is likely a CPA who deals with international clients and incorporation.

I know of him especially on other platforms and his young adult kids are actively buying RE and DiYing like you and I do so much.

Better to have a website up with these easy platforms, then flush out the product, audience and goals.

I really see Columbus Ohio as an extremely safe bet for the next 10-20 years.

I bet you  will never let this happen again..
