I am not asking in this thread about administrative applications, contact managers, tax software, etc.I use Microsoft Windows, and after some review of the market, I bought Realty Analytic's software.

The property data and analytics in Propstream looks very strong, but I don't see that it gives you the same ability to build, track and organize multiple projects like Flipster does.  

I realize from a strictly analytical standpoint this seems like a very risky chance to take.
