@Tyler Hardin, Unless you are trying to build new, trying to change a single family into a multi family, OR you are buying to start an Air BNB, I’ve not had any client investors struggle with any of the suburbs.  

Snowblowing I would be up in the air on because of liability.  

The repair estimates are taken out of a thin air as well.

Said the main cause of the issue was a clogged up air filter (I know, my bad for not reminding my tenant about the importance of regularly changing filters (it's written in the lease that he must replace them every 3 months and that I'm not responsible for bills resulting in replacing filters)). 

It's also in close proximity to UTSA and a relatively easy commute to either Lackland Air Force Base or Camp Bullis, leading to a consistent demand for rentals and a solid tenant population.The neighborhood is within Northside ISD and currently zoned for Fields Elementary, Jefferson Middle School, and Harlan High School, all of which are rated 7/10 on GreatSchools. 

I’m curious when it comes to taxes with Air BNB is a CPA recommended?

In fact, with new windows that are sealed tight the fog may be worse.When the windows are fogged it means there is too much moisture in the air inside the unit.

There was even an episode of "People's Court" aired about just this.

Also got to go and deal with an air conditioning issue at my other property, Shop vacuuming up water and cleaning up a basement floor!
