If you’re getting the property for significantly under market, this strategy can still be advantageous and everyone wins, good luck.

That’s personally not my strategy because that is more speculative than I like, but I know there are people out there that can make a strong case for this.

Both MTR and STR strategies are great. 

My wife and I are new investors with identified deal flow, a selected strategy, and have done a ton of research.

Many buyers/investors are using this strategy to invest in real estate.- get into real estate with a lower rate and lesser percentage down payment.

Not a strategy I'd recommend to anyone unless they have the discipline and the cash to pay it off before the interest becomes due. 

My advice is to check for markets that fit your investment strategy and goals.

Let me also say this, the BRRRR strategy doesn't compare to this program.
