I am a non-US resident/citizen.I am thinking of selling the only property I have in London (UK) and investing in Ohio (or indeed any state in the US).

Maybe we do things different here in the UK, but my typical process would be to advertise (somewhere/anywhere), arrange viewings by phone, and if the tenants are interested, I'd direct them to the application page to fill out details - that'd include lots of stuff like referees (which Cozy caters for nicely), bank details etc that it doesn't cater for.
