To get more information I would speak to a local company that replaces or relines sewer laterals from the house to the sewer and they should be able to tell you from their experience which municipality does what.I am having interior drain tile put in on my personal residence in a couple days.

I also got an estimate from a masonary guy to fill in all the brick work and than give it a second coat of mortar over the whole brick in the whole house, interior and exterior for $4100.

I already replaced the lap siding with vinyl, new garage and driveway and some landscaping and just the other day installed interior draintile and roughed in for a basement bathroom.
