I wanted to revive this since it’s fascinating and I wanted to some clarifications.From what I understand, the core of the principle is the savings in interest payments on the original mortgage, by titling the allocation of interest vs principal. 

I've always had a fascination with real estate investing and know I'm ultimately going to get into the game.I like to start things with the end in mind and ultimately (way down the road) I want to have many cashflowing commercial properties with a few million dollars in equity.
