I also think that English should be the official language in the US.

My wife searched online and realized it was a scam, especially with the poor use of the English language in the communications from the scammer.

Why do you think employors would rather hire someone with a music or arts degree, perhaps history or english major than a highschooler?

Almost anybody who can speak and write clearly in English and presents remotely well can command 6 figures in SF with a little networking.

We arrived at the Raleigh-Durham airport with three boys (ages 14, 6 & 6) and four girls (ages 13, 9, 7, & 5) who spoke a total of 12 words of English amongst them.

One is a professionally printed letter, with company logo, an LLC, formal english, proof of funds all neatly PRINTED in a clean white envelope.The other is a nasty ripped off yellow letter (or white paper letter) with your rant written in creepy ink that looks like blood offering to buy their $356,000 house in CASH!

Multi means more than one, last time I checked the English language more than one means two or more hence a Duplex IS a Multi-family property.
