We were provided a lease with face amount $XXXX by seller, which is really a shell lease and almost none of the provisions in it have been satisfied, and the most material of them all (monthly rental amount) was never intended to be, as seller and PM and tenant agreed on a "back door" verbal agreement, with which the PM and employee then later drew up a backdated addendum, unbeknownst to the seller, and are holding the house "ransom" so to speak, and then just provided him the new addendum yesterday, so he called me to explain the situation.  6.
