The property is well maintained, and therefore warranted the appreciation. 

If the 50% rule shows a 30% ROI with rents of at least $1200 I think it warrants consideration (I do not expect that it will).

I don't normally create these kinds of posts / discussions in any segment of my life, but I feel like something as big as real estate investing with how frustratingly impossible it can appear at times, warranted one. 

There might not be enough probable cause for them to just go, or get a warrant from the judge, but that's up to them.

It's not that great of a deal to warrant rushing in.

Knowing the current owner is selling due to focus on flipping and neglecting his rental portfolio would definitely warrant inspections before purchase but that is just part of due diligence.

I am under contract with a non-warrantable condo and am working with my lender on financing options to do a portfolio loan since i can't get conventional (owner occupancy ratios).

If the answer is 20% or higher, ask if this is a WARRANTABLE condo.
