With the news received today, I’m ready to get out of the transportation industry and into the real estate empire. 

Just outside of the city, public transport is easily accessible, values make sense, 1% rule is no problem (though taxes are relatively high, so work that in), and courts are balanced from my experience.

Not to mention. having to transport the appliances.  

Unless the issue of public transportation is properly addressed, I do expect Nashville's growth rate to cap out eventually; however, I still think we have quite a bit of time before we get there!

It's in a desirable area within walking distance for transportation to NYC.  

Renewable Energy, Electric transportation, Regenerative Agriculture and Simple/Sustainable living.

Waterbury does have a couple hospitals, UCONN branch campus (I attended and was great, they keep expanding), the Brass Mill Center, public transportation, tons of schools, businesses and more.

Some cities have great infrastructure, like public transportation, etc., Detroit has horrible infrastructure.

Transportation, manufacturing and warehousing continue to thrive in our area.Depending on where you buy, exactly, you can expect high appreciation.
