I had no background in any of this work, youtube was my best friend, but I did pull permits and learned the skills as I went a long.  

After running extensive screenings (background/credit checks, references from employers and landlords), the tenants have split up and are breaking their lease after a month and a half.

But it did not clear until the 7th, which means there was technically a delay of 4 days.

I am 22 years old with a background in Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management.

I personally like to pull the background along with the criminal record and I still collect all my tenants SSN's.

None of the three met my criteria (one failing on credit, income AND background), one lied about income, and one couldn't prove income.  

Technically I am not a new member since I signed up with Bigger Pockets last year but since I never introduced myself so I guess I could consider myself new ;-).

Hi everyone - Im actually looking for something very similar - a wholesaler or realtor with investment background to locate a property in need of rehab that we can house hack - live in and fix up while living there.

Technically more since you probably don't commute on weekends and they'll be producing more content during those 3 months.
