We are looking for a new location for speakers, otherwise we'll continue to have those at NS Berkeley. 

Hi @Stephen Keenan we host 5 monthly meetups in MA (Worcester, Lowell, Waltham virtual) and NH (Rochester) where we bring in guest speakers to share knowledge with the group.

I have been to a few conferences and unfortunately most are chocked full of newby investors without a single deal under their belt and a speaker who is just trying to sell you on an expensive education/coaching package.

I look forward to making new friends and catching up with old friends and learn from great speakers.

In fact, for their next meeting on March 13th, they are actually having Bruce Norris (of The Norris Group) as a speaker.

I recently went to my local REIA and the speaker mentioned going to the court house on auction day and finding the buyers of the hedge funds to market properties to.I would think this could be a good avenue for unloading houses that we would normally pass up, that is if the rumors are correct.

We in Illinois love to cry about out taxes, but we keep Madigan in the Speakers seat of the house.

When I was at the hearing last Monday speaker attorney Mark Davis mentioned an article in the Blade that a child was tested over 5 parts for lead.

In Florida a highly respected speaker at one of classes suggested options OUTSIDE of the lease.
