I am not a property management company, but I have six student rentals and am interested in networking with other investors in the Syracuse area and growing my home services business.

BP community - I am an out of state investor considering long term rentals in the Grand Rapids area, more specifically Eastown / Midtown neighborhoods.

He can keep thing going as they are (not growing in our current circumstances) but knowing we’ll have a newborn by new years he is contemplating freeing up his working hours during the week by selling the IT business which should allow him to grow his online business, without taking much more of his time.
