I am just starting out so to get my fiancé on board with  me I just shared with her what got me thinking differently about money and wealth creation.

And I mean, re-creation time.

I was just getting a little cheesed at all the math experts out there devaluing the effects of appreciation ("It just keeps up with inflation") without mentioning or realizing the true power of wealth creation in long-term real estate investing involves leverage.

Sorry for the simplistic examples but really want to understand LLC creation, in's and out's with regards to multi person as best I can without jumping into anything.

Science tries to do this through the creation of drugs, experimentation and theories but all of those start in some person's head.similarly with religious believers they want to make the world a better place through compassion and caring for your fellow human.

Same goes for "unconscionable profits": it is only unconscionable when a court of law says so.And when it comes to "informed sellers", I encourage every homeowner I deal with to seek advice from the relevant expert (tax expert, RE lawyer, RE agent, psychic/medium, tea leaves, whomever they feel is working in their best interests) on what is best for them in the transaction.
