It makes us a better person for it...though I know we all wish it never happened in the first place..lol But as it turns out we are better people for it, as we stand to live and prosper another day.

I've invested in Prosper before and it was nightmare!

I don't have good credit (working on my building my credit back so that being said my end goal is multifamily properties I plan to house hack a triplex and then rent it out) Not sure where to find Triplex or any multifamily outside of a few websites I've found from local meetups.I joined REIA and Prosperity group along with some friends to learn more.

Anyone using this as a lender? Happy, not happy, ways you've created the best yield over the last 3-5 years? Thanks!
