Note: I did not write this article, just posting for my BP'rs who are interested in Detroit Market News.Median home prices continued to rise in the majority of metropolitan areas in the second quarter, with the national year-over-year price showing the strongest gain in seven-and-a-half years, according to the latest quarterly report by the National Association of REALTORS®.Despite rising prices and higher mortgage interest rates, a companion breakout of income requirements to buy a median-priced home on a metro area basis shows most buyers remain well positioned to afford a home in their area.The median existing single-family home price increased in 87 percent of measured markets, with 142 out of 163 metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs) showing gains based on closings in the second quarter compared with the second quarter of 2012.

and I don't want a bunch of frozen stuff..I got one of those packages as a gift and there was one Radish in a plastic bag I thought what a waste..But what I really loved was buying our Teslas on line.... now that is the bomb.. no more car dealer BS.the price is the price and you can literally have a new car bought in less than 30 minutes if your paying cash. then they e mail you when its in the show room and ready to be picked up which depending on where your at or what model can be a matter of next day or a week or so out..

Generally, each siding piece was immediately placed on 6mil plastic, but I placed these for picture purposesJust follow all of the regulations and protocols for handling and disposal.

@J Scott  agreed on the area.. most low end areas I have seen  when I look at that video and Ned I assume that was Ned leading the charge.. was able to remove a plastic pane and some card board and walk in and the persons belongs are still there..

Cheapest route I found is white, blank chloroplast signs on amazon, a box of magnum sharpie markers, nails with plastic washer on them at big box store, and my wifes nice handwriting.
