You should interview at least 3 before signing a contract. 

I have also read a lot of books, but the podcast interviews real people....Doing real-estate. and there are so many different examples of how people navigate this crazy awesome niche of investing.

I don't have a bulletproof answer by any means, but if you keep hearing the same person or company name over and over again in a space they could be one to interview. 

When interviewing a potential CPA, what kinds of questions are good to ask to make sure they would be the right fit for what I need?

I just started interviewing brokers: Keller Williams, Lyons and Caldwell  Banker, and really am leaning toward KW for training purposes. 

I just interviewed with a few brokers, and am leaning towards Keller Williams in Elk Grove given the high energy and training opportunities.
