Also look into:- Bookkeeper (hire someone) so you can concentrate on building your assets and equity- CPA advisor (not just tax prep) and at least meet with them every three months with your financials- Real Estate Attorney - may sure they are in sync with your CPA Advisor- Tax Preparer - could be an EA or CPA.

The VA will need to have a good internet connection (which most of these postings will specify the internet connection) and they will use what is called a “soft phone”.

They don't just hang out on the internet's free sites and wait for you to luck into them. 

Remember real estate is just as much relationship based as it is direct mail or door knocking or internet searches. 

It's self-serving, like any business if you don't promote it you will be out of business, but I also see so much bad information on the internet that it's hard not to participate.
